1. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 5 to 8 business days after your order is processed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.


2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.


3. Can I return an item?

Absolutely. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees. However, final sale items cannot be returned.


4. How do I start a return?

To start a return, email us at ueveetto@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.


5. How will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.


6. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at ueveetto@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo of the damage. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to cancel or change it. Please contact us as soon as possible at (208) 437-7366 or ueveetto@gmail.com.


8. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we currently ship only within the United States.
